Ritch...

When I have this much money on the line I don't like to leave any stone unturned. Thanks for pointing out the link between Mr. Civelli and Clarion Finanz AG...it only backs up what I already knew about Mr. Civelli...he never loses money and is very well connected.

but more that he is usually unfairly in the know

In this case he is a director of JDX so we can assume that he knows it all and of course we know nothing.

he basically facilitates VSE brokered pp's at a big discount and covers the spread by laying off (shorting) free trading shares at the same time...

I agree that this probably happened several times in the past. Mr. Civelli is one sharp cookie and is here to fleece the lambs we call the public and fill his own wallet any way he can. I have nothing against that as long as I'm on the right side of the trade <ggg>.

You are correct that in the past he got many of his PP at a big discount and might have shorted. However in these case he didn't buy shares on the open market and the companies still did a big run 6 months after he took down the shares.

I went and checked and in his two biggest deals (UP 800% and NIR 2400%) he bought the shares at the market price with no discount.

In the case of JDX, Mr. Civelli bought his 500,000 shares at the market price with no discount. He has also bought over 1,000,000 shares on the open market which he hasn't done in any of the stocks I could find. According to Carlson Online, as of May 15 there were a grand total of 2,300 shares short on JDX (they have been there for over a year so I am not worried). Also, Mr. Civelli is now a director of JDX so I am fairly sure the TSE wouldn't let him short his own stock.

I am now more convinced than ever that sometime in the near future we are going to see on huge pump on this stock. I don't know if it will be next week or 4 months from now, only the insider know this. I just plan to buy as people get bored with the stock and it goes lower.

Best Regards
KEITH
