Jeff, I am not sure about your experience regarding the sell side but your comments defining Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as an "old car dealer" are an compliment to MSDW they are far worst and not only them. Usually they are worst than that. Besides will Morgan Stanley pay you back $ for $ if SUNW does not get to their target??? let say within a year ?? - I DO NOT THINK SO <GG> see #reply-9855973 As a rule of tumb, WS sell side out fits will recomend a stock at a time most of it's upside potential was consumated. Just see what happened to LU - dead money for over 100 days, just after everyone recommended the stock. BWDIK Haim
