That is the problem: it is difficult to not challenge him, and I certainly did enough of that earlier in the history of this thread. But if one treats him as a rational adversary, it subtly ratifies the idea that he has an arguable case, and if one denounces him, one could discredit one's own position in the eyes of those who do not understand how offensive he is, especially when he digs up Israeli leftists to support his point (while taking things further than they ever would),or some other respectable sounding source. So, for now at least, I try to ignore...
