My friend tang,

Learning from you, AOL's charts does not look very promising in the
near term, probably side walk for a week or 2 until some news breaks out.

This is not exactly how I see things right now.

PM me for an elaboration if you wish, of just explore my handle posts for Sat and Sun.

Life is good.....<g>

"If DSL comes within $25-$35/month, who will be willing to pay
$40-$50/month for cable connection?"

Tang
As A present cable user,I can say with reasonable certainty no one will.

Tang,
AOL has filed a shelf registration...not selling shares

The SEC permits experienced issuers who meet certain criteria to preregister offerings through the provision of Rule415.It allows the issuer to file a registration statement well in advance of an intended distribution and await the proper market conditions for the offering. Volatile interest rate and stock markets in the 80's made it difficult to judge when best to sell an issue.
Rule 415 allows the issuer to strike quickly when a window opens in the market by immediately offering these preregistered securities to any investment bankers willing to make an immediate offering.
