Off topic ... Moen plumbing stuff ... Around here, The Commander can change our Moen inserts in about 20 seconds. He puts the old ones in the cellar. I request (nag) about the 'taps being stiff' and he obliges me by changing the insert. He thinks I don't know that he's just putting new grease on the old insert when I'm not looking. I know he's not spending $15 on a new one unless it leaks. As long as the taps aren't 'stiff' I don't mind his 'recycling.' Anyway, Moen maintenance is a snap. P.S. The Commander rarely goes on-line, so my secret's safe. Cheers, PW.

A bis shot from Dean Whitter< i think it was DW> is my next door neighbor..he built a 1.5 mil house and its beautiful..He seems a little concerned about what I am bldging..His sister is the pres of compass bank It took 2 days to finalize the loan...8 days faster than usual....the loan officer says she has personally taken an %%%% in my loan..they insisted that i borrow more than i requested for some strange reason my appraisal was much better than i expected. i close tomorrow at 3..I guess they want to help keep the neighborhood up to par..They must really enjoy it when i ride my harley up the street... i ask my neighbor about the rising bonds and he got weird..like maybe i should write him a ck
