Terry, Let's be honest...SEC doesn't really care what BICO, STNX, SEXI, or any of the other companies are doing as long as the fat cats are getting rich. The investigation should have been wrapped up months ago and the SEC should have already made a decision by now.

I don't know if you heard the recent speech by the chairman of the SEC or not, but I was appalled at the man's lack of common sense. He cited an example of an investor who was allowed in on an IPO by Datek. The investor sold her 200 or so shares on the day of the IPO for a HUGH profit. However, she then receives word from Datek saying that they had goofed and did not have any of the IPO shares so her buy and her sell orders were void. The chairman of the SEC, on national TV, then uses this example to warn investors to be careful when dealing with on-line brokerages! He did not, in any way, reprimand Datek.
