Zeev...QUIZ TIME.... Can you succinctly explain the business model and whether that model can sustain the market cap at a share valuation of 0.5 if the escrowed OS converts near the total of shares necessary to be escrowed per the terms of the requirements of shares necessary for transfer for that said conversion per the sb2? What type of revenues (or earnings) do you think would be necessary to justify that market cap especially in relation to other third and fourth tier companies in this sector? Can you please position the company based on its business model in an sector before doing the above sector analysis? Can you also position the companies components in the various sub sectors of this sector? Can you clearly define the various revenue streams of the business model? Can you demonstrate the provisions of the model that dissociate it from similar models, and how costs can be contained so that the tsig model can potentially generate earnings by containing these costs? What are these costs? Can you compare these costs for both the company and end-user to analogous models of other companies in the various Internet sub sectors in which tsig 's model competes? Define spiral, and third party marketing as well as branding? Have a lot more questions for you Zeev.... But if you can't answers these very BASIC ones, your generic self proclaimed expertise is just that generic and not necessarily relevant as to what the size of the OS really means to the model and the impact of potential dilution. Have fun...Know you like a challenge btw. Have you independently called the transfer agent? I don't state that to undermine the account. But as a general rule, I never take an account of a "someone" as a basis for fact. No matter what the issue, I like getting it from the horse's mouth and when necessary, due to subjectivity, from several points of view not off of some message chat service as my primary and only source. I encourage everyone to do the same regarding the content of any of my posts. In addition Zeev, can you please provide a link of mine to a recent post on TSIG's thread where I have ever stated that I was buying or making the flippant "loading up" comments.... Like with PNLK, I've been attracted to TSIG because of the strength and uniqueness of its business plan. Do these plans come to fruition? Not necessarily. There are many pitfalls and potholes along the way. So I will once again state as I have always stated in kind that this is a high risk investment not necessarily suitable for every investor. Each and every one has to do their own due diligence and assess their level of tolerance for risk based on their own particular life circumstances. Zeev, I do take offense to being called an raging bull. I have made my investment decisions and have shared this information for others to disseminate. Whatever decision they choose is theirs alone. Much of your content is to dissuade. I personally don't believe your so called benevolent intentions because you have hitherto not demonstrate an understanding of what you are analyzing in my opinion nor have you made any concerted or sincere effort do to so relying on "someone's" as your starting points of reference. Therefore, I do not feel that I am beseeching you in any way if I suspect your motivations and consider you disingenuous at best. Please answer the above BASIc questions that any qualitative analyst would ask before making any assessments. Please also answer them w/o any rhetoric and I'll be more receptive of your point of view. Sincerely, ztect (spelling not checked)
