Can you explain to me how the rights offering works. Do I have a certain time to buy the rights since I own the stock. When I sell the rights are they valued at the same price as the stock would be at that day. Also, do I have to hold the rights for a time limit or can I sell at any time. Your info would be appreciated. thank you

RISKS: My take on the risks...People invest into mutual funds to get exposure to the market but reduce risk by having their money spread out over several companies...This is an exploration play and as such, has great risks.... Now if I told you KOB had found Voisey's bay and was able to show you, would you buy into it...But nickel prices will drop....Well ELH is on par with VB in dollars but the companies have not gone up because it was thought that it was too big to control....Now it is under control!!!!Do you want to invest in it...<gggg> IMHO...Over a matter of time ELH will go into production and at that time the stock will rise proberly 1000%....I see this as less risk than a mutual fund with a hell of a lot more upside!!!!!If you don't take a position in this play, then you are not getting the best out of the market you can....I still see KOB as one of the star mules in this play!!!!But I have a position in three!!!!KOB will likely see 1000% in the production stage...Can't say that about them all!!!!
