Ritch...

Anyone that knows me will tell you that I am a total cynic when it comes to stocks. Before I invest in any stock I always start out by looking for the worst thing about the stock (e.g. no insider holding, large loan outstanding that is coming due, lots of cheap stock floating around, etc.). If the information is bad enough I don't even bother to look for the good stuff and move on to the next stock. I miss out on a few stocks this way but I also very rarely get caught in any dumpers.

It is up to you to remain suspicious of JDX until proven wrong. This is the best way to play stocks...trust no one and if it sounds to good it probably is.

So far I have not found a single negative piece of information on JDX and believe me I have looked. I normally don't invest very heavy in individual stocks but I think this is a very special situation with fairly limited downside (just my opinion). Time will only tell if I am right or wrong.

Best Regards
KEITH
