What you say makes sense. AMD will not release the maximum K7 speed
that they might otherwise since this would only give Intel a clear target. They will to the "speed bin shuffle" and stay just one or two speed steps ahead. This might challange Intel into becoming more
agreesive in speed. Intel might even raise their voltage spec!

Are you saying PIII will be at 600 or the K7?
