Amzn is one of the Inets that I have watched for some time as a consumer as well as investor. I love the site, very easy for me to navigate and purchase books for my bookclub or for gifts. Customer service seems to be a priority which appeals to me. After having been on the sidelines, I decided to purchase some shares last week. It seems the negative sentiment is a good sign the nadir has been reached. If the Barron's article has a negative impact, I can only think of one thing - BUYING OPPORTUNITY.

Happy Memorial Day,
swig

>>>The weak type of hands that would be spooked by Barron's trashing have already sold AMZN and other nets several weeks ago, current holders are true long term believers <<<<

I doubt that. There'll be a lot more people spooked by that article. Even more than sparking sellers to sell, it will stop anyone from wanting to buy it. The lack of buyers is what will drive the stock down. Even if only a few people sell there will be no buyers until the price gets pretty cheap. Then there'll be some speculators who'll buy hoping for a bounce.
I bet it sees under 100 on Tuesday or maybe wednesday. Then if the nets don't turn around it'll go even lower. 75 is not out of the question.
