Did that book mention deterioration in company cash flow or prospects as the key reason to sell? I can't believe people mentioning all the things you talk about and not the key criterion (as I see it). After all the stocks though paper represent physical assets and for all the hooplah a deterioration in the underlying earning power of the latter should be the key reason to sell.
