Let's get this straight: you think your book is the unaltered word of God. I think it is a compendium of tedious drivel. Someday we will both find out who is right, but until then I can't see that we have anything to talk about. Purely as a matter of style and quite apart from the issue under discussion, I think you are an obnoxious bore who does his cause far more harm than good.
