Yup. The 10th amendment qualifies as the Lost Rights. We should snip it out of the text to make our current state of governing less of a glaring insult to the Framers. We should write up a new document in keeping with how we do operate:

You, the Governed, shall shut up, pay your taxes, and do what you're told. We're going to do what we want anyway.
