Any lawyers wish to weigh in on the Bristol suit in CT?

- This has to be the biggest joke & waste of taxpayer dollars ever. To tie up our Court system over this crap is unbelievable. Only in a state who sends Christopher Dodd (yeah, a Democrat) to the Senate could even entertain such nonsense. Here's one quote from the ny timees article that floored me:
nytimes.com

"But a Bristol rival, Mainsoft Inc., did reach an agreement with Microsoft last year. And Bristol, according to Microsoft, rejected the same contract terms that Mainsoft found acceptable. The negotiations with Microsoft were lengthy and difficult, William McCarthy, Mainsoft's vice president for business development, said. "But there's nothing we can't do that we want to do under the new contract."
