Gino, I apologize. Upon re-reading your post, I see your "tounge-in-cheek" statement. Your prior postings seem to have been objective. I was hoping that you had not fell into the trap of the "blind leading the blind."

I don't think anyone, certainly not me, believes that this company was worth even a dollar, let alone three dollars four or five months ago when the mentioned committments were made. However, if the technologies that the company have recently acquired performs at a reasonable fraction of what the company claims, then who knows what the upside could be. Conversely, the downside is certainly there if they misjudge the technological market.

All I know for sure is what I stated in earlier posts. Management has no free trade shares so "pumping" this stock for immediate self gain is not part of the business plan.

Another thing I do feel confident of is that there will be more shares issued over the next few months as it certainly will take more then three or four million dollars to execute a business plan to bring this Company into the "big leagues".

Gino, surely you jest. This joke of a company doesn't come close to the sophistication of the Bre-X fraud. No one has tried to compare NCDR to Bre-X. I used Bre-X to demonstrate that your statement "in today environment a scam of this proportion would of been uncovered by now or a least a newsletter by some analyst" is total nonsense. BTW, belittling posters on these threads may sound good, but there are some excellent scam busters posting to SI. Caveat Vendor.
