The good news in your statement is that perhaps TSIG won't have to hire 700 programmers. Other parties providing similar services would also be using the Microsoft software. But 30 days to get a web site done beats the heck out of 6 months. People I have talked to who seem to understand the Online Services division are extremely positive about the potential.
