Timba; My analogy was going back a long time, even before the
S&L fiasco, I'll concede they have cleaned up the lending laws
a lot since then , but due in part to people like me taking them
to task. They did not do it out of the kindness of their hearts,
and making progress was like pulling teeth, and did not come
from the goug ho what a neat system we have brown noseing
flunkies.
And There is still plenty of room to clean the system up.
