Thanks Uncle. Today, more than any other day, I salute you as a retired soldier...while I was disqualifed from service due to a ski injury...my entire family served in the Pacific in WWII..and to the limits a non solidier is able, have a deep respect for the military. I did have the priviledge to accompany my Dad on numerous fishing trips with USAF Generals like Tommy White, Andrew Goodpaster, Nathan Twining and Curtis LeMay. They were the most extraordinary men I have known. When I bought my Microsoft in 1986, I was operating a lot on the same intuition you have with RMBS. I am an architect, had a 25 man firm in NYC, then started a publishing Co., sold it and am now only investing for a living. Outside of MSFT, my concentrations are RMBS, CTXS, CREE and CTHR. I generally trust quiet over loud and RMBS, INTC and the RDRAM vendors seem to be quietly going about their business while the FUD spreaders seem to be upping the noise level. Without breaching confidences, can you comment on the experience/expertise of Mr. Warren and Steele?
