I have found that the short versions with lots of time for questions/discussions PLUS a takeaway of the points being made (with copious examples) usually gets the best feedsback. Also eg's of PR's they can use which are faxable/emailable on request are also helpful! Winzer

Bill, Adding to Winzer's suggestions re your presentation, I've spent long hours with colleagues anticipating possible questions and comments (especially off-the-wall ones) and framing points for response prior to certain "controversial" presentations I've made. The effort has truly saved my butt on several occasions. I'm sure you're working on this. Best wishes. JimG
