Will you use it just under win95-NT? How many pages (roughly) do you anticipate printing? (Low-end printer) To run under NT and roughly 0-10 pages weekly. I don't print alot but sometimes a must ie online bill of sales, important SI posts, in progress scanning formulas, that sort of thing. Nothing very formal or regular... personal use would best describe. I've loved the value and reliability of my refurbished NEC 640 for the MAc and plan to call NEC on Tues. To network that printer into the PC I'd have to spend $250 on file sharing sw and deal with unknown issues so I'll opt for a PC based printer for that $$ or less. I'll checkout the Brother 1040...thanks BTW The Yamaha 4416s prices have not budged so I ordered the OEM for $218.
