Keith, I think we have have seen a classic example of how the net can be used to manipulate the stock price. Notice the timing. The weekend gives extra time for posting with no market action. Notice the time and energy invested by ASO in flooding the thread with negative posts. If fear mongering was the motivation, a little inconsistency in statements (buying??? price???) is irrelevant. Just churn up anxiety and investors just may flock to the exits.
The real question in my mind is MOTIVATION. For what reason would an "investor" invest time and energy in enlightening reluctant learners about a stock in which he has no interest? I can speculate only a desire to buy cheap stock or a short position, a subject about which I have a limited knowledge.
