<i. So I submit that these two "closed, logical" ethical frameworks failed the internal consistency test. Nazism was a hodge-podge. But Marxism is another matter, it's far more philosophically coherent than Nazism. I don't think it's nearly as easy to dismiss Marxism for being internally inconsistent. Thomas Sowell's book Marxism: philosophy and economics is an excellent book on the subject. I may have to dig it out and see if he came to a conclusion on that point.
