You answered your own question. You said: If the Gov. is gonna restrict the dicipline that we can hand down to our children, then when they get outahand (and I seriously mean outahand) then I believe the state should step in and help the parents. The point is, the Gov. should NEVER have gone in and restricted the discipline you as a parent need as a tool to raise a child properly. What do you want? Another program to fix the other program?? Gimme a break! And yes, I had a problem teen...and now I have a 3-year old grandaughter (I'm only 37, do the math). -Joe
