Oh, whatever. I can't believe anyone actually believes that because someone sells to open their position that they're more likely to lie. It's amazing that you can say that with Porcari's record of perfidy staring you in the face. Take a look at the SEC actions against those who lie/cheat/distort/ whatever to make a profit, and you'll find it's the folks who buy to open that seem to have cornered the dishonesty market.

Okay, let's just say it is a spec play. Personally, I
do invest in spec plays, but I look to buy into companies
with a market cap of somewhere between $1-$10 million,
where insiders have strong track records of building
successful companies, and where the particular technology
has good possibilities.
With NCDR at its current price, and aside from the less
than stellar track record of certain individuals involved,
you are already paying for significant success
(market cap $250 Million).
So, tell me, where is the upside?
