TSET News.. on COII! TSET is pleased to also announce a broadening of its valuable relationship with Computerized Thermal Imaging, Inc. ("CTI"). On April 27, 1999, TSET and CTI entered into an agreement granting TSET exclusive representation and marketing rights to CTI's thermal imaging medical diagnostic systems in the Middle East, Morocco, Mexico, and Indonesia and upon achievement of certain performance-based milestones, the further extension of such exclusive rights in all countries in Latin America and Europe. TSET will be compensated for its success in selling CTI's equipment. TSET shall be assisted in its efforts by agents and representatives having significant business contacts in these countries. TSET has commenced an aggressive plan of marketing of CTI's equipment in the Middle East and anticipates negotiations of sales agreements with potential customers shortly.
