Andrew, So you must be saying, the potential outstanding share number will be 95mm (if that is the current number)+ the remaining shares from the 17mm escrowed shares not yet converted+ the additional shares to be escrowed (49mm?)for the additional PP placement on conversion? Do you know if they have been considering placing the 3,000,000 (out of 10mm authorized)preferred shares designated for a new "Series A Convertible Preferred Stock" as the SB2 mentions? TIA,DD
