Could somebody help me out, as I'm short on time and being lazy. As Milosevic accepts the G8 proposals, does he set a limit on the number of "peacekeepers" he will agree to for purposes of verification that Yugoslav troops leave Kosovo?

Thanks - I'm just wondering how much meat his acceptance means if that part isn't included. (It may already be, and I've just whizzed by too fast.)

What's scary about that remark is that the Weimar republic has many parallels with the US today.

The time is ripe for an overt tyranny, not the "kindergarten type tyranny" we've been spoon fed thus far.

The US is at the end of its grace. Where do we go from here?
