To all the men out there, Michelle, I say if they don't want to have an abortion, they don't have to have one. R

Reasons that do not have to do with control:
1.) Men are more "justice oriented", women more "sympathy oriented", in their moral judgments;
2.) Men have a stronger sense of the fragility of societal norms, and therefore are more wary of anything which might damage a sense of the sacredness of life;
3.) Men are more prone to being informed about and thinking through public issues than women;
4.) Men are frightened by the possibility of women becoming hardened and heartless through the exercise of their "right to an abortion", thus coarsening the society as a whole;
5.) Men are trying to protect the potential fruit of their womb;
6.) Men are more responsibility- oriented than women;
etc., etc., etc. Who knows if any of these are correct, but all are possible...

>Lets just say the obvious poll bias retort does not fall within my realm of"manifold possibilities".<

And neither does it fall within my definition of "manifold possibilities," Michelle. I merely assumed my giving you only one reason would reveal to you your “either/or” illogic and send you on the way to clearer thinking. I now see my optimism was ill conceived.

>Drop the manifold and the "s" in possibilities and maybe you have something.<

It should by now be evident to you that I was exactly right and that you were exactly wrong.

>Yes, I agree with you, poll bias is a possibility! LOL (vaquished, yes out of boredom with this "debate")<

Nevertheless I do not agree with your “either/or” illogic, and I as well as others have shown you that you have erred. So not only are you vanquished by boredom, you are vanquished by your own illogic- just as I have said from the beginning.

You are blinded by a notion that pro-life men are pro-life because they are interested in controlling women, and your blindness has disallowed your thinking clearly on this issue.
