"why such an increase in shares by the end of this year" The company will be raising more money to finance the expected growth. The good news is that the dilution will be less because of the higher stock price. In my opinion, 17M to 20M shares is not an unreasonable amount. Just to let everyone know - For the next 3 days, from about 11:00AM on, I will not be able to monitor SI or RB. If there are any questions for me, I may be able to respond to them later the same evening, but more than likely it will be the next day.
