The albanian (safe) return can't be accomplished without destruction of KLA (proxy for independance or Bosnian Serbs like status)
That is real test for NATO..IMO it can't be accomplished by Clinton/Blair (they are discredited among serbs and Slav community to even greater extent than Milosevic among Albanians...next administration has a chance (hopefully without Milosevic and with the lot of money pouring into Balkans)..This mess would take generation to clean-up...

Chris, if the bombing stops tomorrow NATO will move the tents to Kosovo, run a water pipe to the Danube, hand out candles and wish them good luck.

Once the bombing stops the West will lose interest in Kosovo very quickly. You can bank on it.
