I don't know about their technology, but they surely need their patents. On the other hand, I don't think these patents are for sale. So, either Microsoft finds a way that is not covered by ACTV's patents or they have to license ACTV's technology. The real question may then be: Is there a way to deliver something equivalent or better than HyperTV without infringing ACTV's patents? I believe you are better able to answer this question than I...
