If OPIC guarantees the contract, that will be HUGE. But the other thing that many people aren't taking into account is that Kevin has been working with the IMF on their biggest project. The IMF is working with almost every government in the world. If a government needs to remake their currency or their tax stamps in order to get IMF approval for loans, who do you think the IMF is going to recommend? BTW, If HGRM holds a shareholders meeting I'll be there and I'll buy the first round afterwards.
