If someone asks about it please say “no comment.” Do not confirm or deny the deal. Unitechnology is no longer concerned about the lawsuit. The biggest stumbling block for the merger is concern over what to do with [reference deleted] after it's awarded to FBNA in the counter suit. I tried to allay their fears by suggesting that it will be spun off as an IPO under the name [reference deleted].com, but I haven't received their response.
