will include an integration between the NetGravity AdServer solution and the
Net Perceptions for Ad Targeting solution. The Net Perceptions'
personalization solution integrates with AdServer, the infrastructure for ad
management processes, including inventory management, dynamic targeting and ad
performance report generation. Joint customers will be able to target
advertisements and marketing offers based on a user's online behavior, further
enhancing AdServer's sophisticated targeting capabilities.
Ad campaigns are dynamically optimized as the Net Perceptions software,
based on technology from Neural Application Corporation, continually learns
both about each visitor's individual interests and tastes and click patterns
across the entire user base. Web publishers and merchants can use this
intelligence to deliver higher click through rates to their advertisers and
