First off "grateful." Secondly, All you gave me was a possible scenario, or what you would have done should a Non-shorting clause not be in the agreement. While I agree you bring up very valid questions, and I for one have given up trying to make sense of all the company explanations that don't seem to jive with other data, I get amused how often I have heard the "last" post from people who have not a stake in the company---------only to keep coming back to "save" the shareholders.
