Only KOB & HTP went down a lot today. Having the greatest leverage and being the cheapest JVs, investors would have been most likely to buy these two on margin, ahead of the kill, hoping for a quick flip. I wonder if today's drop might have something to do with the fact that it is May 31st, and margin accounts had to be settled up today. People have been waiting months for this good news. It seems very strange that the market reaction would be so negative. Tomorrow will prove or disprove the above idea, I guess. Of course, this doesn't explain why the other JVs didn't move today. Rick.
