If that is the language from the convertible agreement, then I accept your reasoning. I am not arguing with your statements, as much as your reasoning for spending so much time on a stock you have zero vested interest. If Grady & Hatch are allowed to short, your scenario could be very correct. But, I also recall reading a post that showed G&H's activity over the last month and it did not show them shorting. Either way, your scenario could be correct. I would think your time, which has been alot, here could be spent making alot more money for yourself elsewhere. There is not even enough money to be made shorting this stock at this point. Red
