U1 Good post. Let's not forget GLE's recently adopted shareholder protection plan (read: Poison Pill)I don't believe that they are that interested in JV or Takeover(IMHO). This company has existing business, clientele and as of today an even rosier bottom line. I like Ballard but one big difference in GLE is that they don't need development money. They are in pretty good shape financially.
Perhaps instead of selling out to a "major" they are building to become one.I will settle for a P.O. from Delphi instead of a takeover offer.
Respectfully,
Rampant

I wonder if Ballard is following the GLE story. It would make a lot of sense for them to buy Global to get at the technology and maintain their head start.

hey it may not be rocket science, but sofc is close. i think with ballards high flight a while back people have a lack of faith in a repeat performance. to me, nothing could be further from the truth. business like a lot of life choices means a leap of faith. ballard has chosen to use a pioneer technology that is clearly less efficient than globals. consequently the market will be made to realize, possibly at grave cost to investors in a less marketable competitor. conceeding a little "getting ahead of myselfism", ballard may provide the JV partnership solution to protect their own sharevalue. eliminate the competition by swallowing the leader. with or without ballard the prospects are delerious for the early birds.
