EDIS... more:
General-imaging.com web page is up. Still very much under construction but it is there. Spent some time this weekend with the Terra-Net biz plan.

To recap: EDIS (Earth Search Services, Inc or ESSI) is the company.
Terra-Net is the new company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of
ESSI. Terra-Net will be the content provider while General-Imaging.com is the portal. Right now, the company plans a Nov IPO on NASDAQ for Terra-Net. Once offering is done EDIS will still own 45-50% on Terra-Net.

Two private placements are underway... first at $3 a share, second will be at $5 a share. The NASDAQ offering (once PP is done)is tentatively between $12 and $18 a share. The low end will give the company a sufficient market cap to clearly make EDIS worth a lot more than .22 a share.

See the web site at: earthsearch.com
At the top of the page, you will see: "Their new technology could well revolutionize the information industry and affect almost everything from mining to international relations."--Lou Dobbs, CNN Moneyline

A copy of the Terra-Net biz plan is available from the company. I have my own copy now.

EDIS is a fully reporting company. Next earnings I am told by the company will continue to reflect the fact that EDIS is moving out of the "developmental stage company" phase.

Again, please do your own DD. Not a Rec to buy... just keeping you up to date :)
