Dear Dave: If you go to the 8-k where they first filed the offer it lists the final date. My recollection is it is the end of September but double check if its important to you. The company said they would like to close by July 1, which is obvious as Real cannot pick up the SUPER earnings in its financials until AFTER the close. However, with the two suits in progress I wonder how they could close the deal that quick. Proxy material still hasnt been filed with SEC to my knowledge. JDN
