Problem is really time and convenience. Plus, reason why one would prefer to have outhouses not by the front door; sure, one can hold his nose and walk past them, but isn't it nicer to stick them in the back and not have to be reminded of them all the time?

Plus, sometimes, lack, of ability to resist blasting away yet again uselessly, wasting more time. Not all of us have adequate self-control!
