NATO miscalculation has achieved ><

I have know that by the end of the second week. Milosovic was supposed to give-up after two weeks of bombing, as he had done
in Bosnia. Another factor was the involvment of 19 NATO countries
in this operation, mostly unwilling partners.

What do we do know? Now he has emptied Kosovo, and he is a branded
criminals want by UN. Now, either NATO has to go after him real hard,
or else he will win, no doubt!

Thanks for the article!! I didn't ever get the chance to read the post yesterday (We prefer the Washington Times)

It is pretty hard to continue reading these articles and get the sense that the Serbs don't realize what their gov't has perpetrated in Kosovo.

And with that knowledge resides their guilt for permitting it.
