Well, I come back from 10 days in Japan, out of touch with the outside world, and nothing to do for entertainment but watch a Sumo wrestling tournament on the hotel-room TV.

What do I find upon my return? Something that beats the heck out of Sumo wrestling, for entertainment value:

* Dorian Reed is a convicted fraud artist who served time in a federal prison, and anybody who on this thread who has said unkind things about him will be sued by the company.

* A large private placement from a purported foundation that NOBODY has ever mentioned in a newswire or SEC filing until now turned out to be nothing at all: this company, which needs cash so desperately that it received a going-concern qualification from its auditor, received no cash at all from the deal ... just an IOU, and it is backed by POSTAGE STAMPS, of all things, as collateral.

Life is too funny!

BTW, I had never heard of Aden before this. For those who don't know, what I learned in a few minutes with AltaVista is that Aden was once a small British protectorate in the southern Arabian peninsula, and it no longer exists because it is now part of tiny, civil-war-stricken, South Yemen. Apparently Aden issued some postage stamps at some time, which seem to be worth typically a dollar a piece, and for some specimens as much as ten bucks, judging from a price list I found on the web. I wonder whether there could be $50 M worth of these out there, and if so, what would happen to their value if they were all sold at once.

Apparently, furniture polish attends the University of Waterloo (a highly respected University though not as good as Queen's). Perhaps the University should sue for damage to their reputation??

I truly find it mind boggling that some people don't consider past fraud on the part of management to be relevant. I'm absolutely staggered that these Koolaid drinkers are so arrogant that they insult and ridicule those that point out history's lessons.
