Hello Skip:

I found this very interesting (and recent) post on the TAVA thread (regarding SEC stock promotion rules), it speaks of the direction the SEC is taking regarding penny stock promotions. Perhaps this will offer people more protection from loses resulting from the pump and dump parties, and therefore allowing people more dollars to invest in better companies such as TSIS.
