INTERVIEW-Dacom,Intel in Internet talks

SEOUL, June 1 (Reuters) - South Korean fixed line company Dacom Corp has exchanged a memorandum of understanding
(MOU) with U.S. Intel Corp (Nasdaq:INTC - news) over future cooperation in the internet service business, Dacom's president
said on Tuesday.

''We and Intel have agreed to cooperate on Internet service if we find a good business opportunity. We will frequently meet each other to discuss business,'' Kwak
Chi-young, president and chief executive officer, told Reuters.
