Yes. I believe you are right, iionline was projecting breakeven for the qtr,,,,I have been re-reading some of Needham's analysis, and I really like LTX as a long term buy and hold.

I really don't see any reason not to continue buying into the company on any dips, and maybe even an occassional average up on any news.

From Needham...(I just love reading this stuff!)

Summary

* The Fusion product is gaining acceptance with customers and the Company
is now operating in a mode where it is trying to match the production ramp to
demand.

* Fusion HF appears to be spawning a significant amount of production
business for 2000 and beyond. LTX is shipping the HF with more pins than
expected, which means the Company is going into the engineering labs now
as its customers develop new products; these products will demand many
more new Fusion testers as its customers move product into production.

* Financial controls have finally reigned in expenses, allowing us to anticipate
"normal" expense levels in FY2000 of 30%.

* We believe that earnings growth should substantially outpace revenues as
gross margins and expenses improve.

* We believe the low valuation gives investors an attractive entry point.

* There has been a significant amount of recent insider buying.
