Well, after further review I've come to the conclusion that MSGI will still be trading as a small cap until an announcement is made by the company. This may happen tomorrow but I have found no proof that this will take place Tuesday. Even if MSGI announces the news tomorrow it won't make the jump to national NAZ until later in the week at the earliest.

Found this post on the RB thread:

A common sense perspective of MSGI.

I have owned MSGI since the initial breakout after the day it went from 10 to 14. I have also read every single message since then. I have decided to break my silence.

The best reason to own this stock is the valuation. MSGI will at least have revenues of 100 million this year their earnings by the last quarter should be close to in the black. With a current market cap of less than 360 million this has to be considered a steal by internet standards. I am not alone in this opinion Individual Investor a month ago stated similar FACTS. Lets look at Doubleclick. A fantastic company with lots of promise and most important a stock with coverage, reputation, and a big following. DCLK will have revenues of 150 million this year and will lose 45 cents for the year. It has a market cap of 3.8 billion. Let's see 360 million vs 3.8 billion. Maybe MSGI will never be DCLK but if it could have maybe 25% of the valuation of DCLK, we will definitely be in for a rise in share prices. Think about the day when MSGI does get mentioned on CNBC, think about the day MSGI gets an initiation of coverage by a major wirehouse. Think then.

I can tell you this that the wirehouses will not touch MSGI with a ten foot pole until the stock gets listed on NNM. How do I know my name should tell you.

I will try to be a voice of reason on this board along with others. There are many good reasons to own MSGI I will post those at a later date. Im guessing that a lot of you who read these boards have less than 3 yrs market experience, a word of advice to you all don't buy anything unless you have several reasons that make you bullish and most important be able to describe what a company does to someone if they asked you.

PS. It's an internet company is not an acceptable answer for MSGI

Good Luck, Broker John
