Mr pink.The language is put in for the benefit of the taps holders,not the company.

If that's a given you have to interpret the language for the benefit of the taps holders.

After all the taps holders only have the covenants of the indenture to protect them from getting screwed.

It's obvious from case law that you have to pick who is to benefit from the language and interpret it in that light.

Like i said it's not a layup for either side.
