As I perpetually tell my clients, "remaining silent means remaining SILENT. It does NOT mean remaining silent until they goad you into responding. It means SILENT. PERIOD. Ignoring Chris Land means IGNORING him. NOT allowing yourself to be goaded into a response. IGNORING EVERYTHING. If he gets NO response from ANYONE for a while, he will go away. It will no longer be any fun for him. But if you and others allow him to goad you into responding, he will be here forever.
